Julius Newman first made Brick House in 1937, naming it after the house he was born in, the only brick house in his Hungarian village. Made by J.C. Newman at its PENSA factory in Estelí. The Maduro wears a dark Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.
